By subscribing to 5999Cargo Promotions, customers acknowledge that all logistics, transportation, or shipping services are carried out exclusively by third-party authorized providers. 5999Cargo Promotions acts only as a digital membership and rewards platform, granting access to discounts and promotional offers. Users agree that any shipment or service is subject to the terms and policies of the respective partner company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for periods when you do not use the service.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and your conduct when using our service.

We do not issue, promote, or distribute coupons, discounts, or digital gift cards related to restricted business categories such as adult content, gambling, firearms, controlled substances, or any other activity prohibited under Stripe’s Restricted Business List.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
